Do I need to complete FCMT before joining?

You can join while enrolled in FCMT, but you must complete it to receive client referrals. The business skills we teach complement your coaching training perfectly.

Is this program only for brand-new coaches?

It’s designed for coaches with less than a year of experience. Whether you’re just starting or struggling to get your practice off the ground, this program will help you build the business foundation you need.

What’s the difference between the masterclasses and group coaching calls?

The masterclasses are self-paced training modules you complete on your own time. The group coaching calls are live monthly sessions where you can ask questions, get feedback, and learn from real situations.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

The program is completely self-paced, so it’s up to you! You’ll have access to all recorded content for a full year. Some participants prefer to work through everything quickly, while others spread it out over several months.

What’s the difference between the hybrid program and the audio-only version?

The hybrid program includes everything — audio course, workbooks, templates, monthly group coaching, live Q&A, and real-call shadowing.
The audio-only version gives you the masterclasses in podcast format, along with the workbook and resource hub, but does not include any live coaching or community features.

Can I get a refund if the program isn’t right for me?

No, we don’t offer refunds. This is a commitment-based program designed for coaches ready to invest in building their practice.

How does the friend referral bonus work?

For each friend who enrolls in the program, you get $100 off your package total. The discount applies after your friend completes their enrollment.

What happens if I miss payments?

You’ll lose access to the program materials and community. This is a 6-month commitment with no cancellation option, so make sure you’re ready to invest before joining.

Are client referrals guaranteed?

No, referrals depend on client needs, your readiness to serve them well, and whether my business has clients to refer out. FCMT completion is required, and referrals are based on a good fit between client and coach.

Do you teach the actual financial coaching methodology?

No, this program focuses on the business side—how to find clients, set up systems, price your services, etc. We assume you’re getting your coaching training elsewhere (like FCMT).

What if I don’t have a business set up yet?

Perfect! We’ll walk you through everything from business setup to payment processing. You don’t need anything in place to start.

How often can I shadow coaching sessions?

We aim for at least one shadowing opportunity per month, subject to client consent and scheduling availability. These are real coaching sessions, so we work around actual client needs.

Can I shadow both individual and group sessions?

Yes! You’ll get exposure to different coaching formats to see what might work best for your future practice.

When are the group coaching sessions scheduled?

Group coaching sessions are scheduled based on the availability of the coach and current members. You’ll receive advance notice of all scheduled sessions.

What if I can’t attend a live group call?

All calls are recorded and available to program participants. However, the real value is in participating live, so prioritize attendance when possible.

What platform do you use for calls and materials?

Group calls are held via Zoom. Materials are delivered through our learning platform with easy access on any device.

I’m not very tech-savvy. Will I be able to keep up?

Absolutely! We’ll teach you the essential tools and keep things simple. Many successful coaches aren’t tech experts—you just need the basics. If you need extra help, we also offer a 90-minute Coach Tech Setup session ($150) where we’ll work through your tech setup together via screen share. What support do I get after the 6 months?

You’ll have online access to all materials and templates for a full year from your enrollment date.

Can I stay connected with other program participants?
